Terms of sale for Hasanah Plus
What you buy
Hasanah Plus is a digital subscription to premium features of hasanah.app: exclusive looks in the Quran video studio, new Studio features before anyone else, and priority ayah finding for your recordings when the server is busy. It is active as soon as you pay, in the browser you bought it in and on your account if you are signed in. The free tools on the site stay free.
Price and payment
The price is €4 a month or €36 a year, tax included, and may be shown in your local currency. Payment is taken on Stripe’s checkout, and the subscription is sold through Link (part of Stripe) as the merchant of record, which issues receipts and handles tax.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Link account (app.link.com) or from the link on the Hasanah Plus page; Plus then stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If the subscription is not for you, ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days of it, at [email protected] or through Link’s support, and it is refunded in full. After that, periods that have started are not refunded, unless the service could not be provided or the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may add to Plus or improve it. If the price changes, you are told before your next renewal and can cancel before it applies.
